User should read Terms and Conditions (for now only in Polish) before using PLGrid Infrastructure.
To report problems User should use Helpdesk platform. Helpdesk is available also for non registered Users via email: helpdesk@plgrid.pl.
User should provide current email address, it will be used to communicate with PLGrid's Operations stuff.
User is allow to have only one PLGrid account.
Using PLGrid Infrastructure requires registration at Portal PLGrid.
User should fill the registration form and provide the following information:
Check terms acceptance (Regulamin) and click on "Wyślij formularz rejestracyjny" button to send the form.
After sending the registration form, User can log in to PLGrid Portal and activate the account at User’s profile view ("Mój profil").
User needs also to click on the link received in welcome message (sent to email address given in registration form). Link in this message is available only for 48 h. After that time User has possibility to resend the message with link by clicking the option: "Wyślij jeszcze raz" (Send welcome message again).
Important
Inactive account will be deleted after 4 weeks since registration.
After email address activation User’s account status changes to ACTIVE ("Twoje konto jest aktywne"). The notification is visible at User’s profile view.
Active account gives an access only to PLGrid's basic services. To gain more options User should report details of his/hers affiliation at the Affiliation view ("Afiliacja").
