The repository includes:
- Publicly available executable version (Windows): https://git.plgrid.pl/scm/swip/SWIP5_public.git. It contains sample files and configurations for exercising with the program.
- Full executable version (Windows) with all standard plugins: https://git.plgrid.pl/scm/swip/SWIP5_full.git. The full version is available only for authorized persons.
- Scripts for installing and updating the SC3DB database: https://git.plgrid.pl/scm/swip/SC3DB.git
- Matlab function library to work with SWIP5: https://git.plgrid.pl/scm/swip/SWIP5_Matlab_library.git
- Presentations and pieces of training about SWIP5: https://git.plgrid.pl/scm/swip/SWIP5_presentations.git
Resources can be downloaded to a local disk by cloning the repository, e.g. git clone repository link (the command can be entered on the command line) or by using the download option in GIT. Before that, you must install the GIT program on your computer. The second method of downloading resources is illustrated in the figure opposite.
