Grants are subject to renegotiation - their resources (accepted by the User after submission of the application) can be increased or decreased at the reasonable request of the User.

For a successful application, the following are necessary:

• fulfilling the condition of homogeneity of the scientific project within the framework of the grant as applied for - i.e., the increase in resources can take place only if they are used for further research described in the grant application (and not for new research, which is not mentioned in the application),
• consent of the resource Administrator to change the parameters of the grant under renegotiation - the granting of consent may depend on the scale of the requested change. 

How to renegotiate the grant

Select the grant that is active and for which You wish to renegotiate resources.

Then use the Renegotiate resources (Renegocjuj zasoby) button, which is located to the right of the resources field.

You can also add another resource from the same or another center.

Enter the value up to which You want to renegotiate the resource, the justification, and Submit changes.

Now You will see your application with a new status:

Once the Administrator accepts your proposal, the status will again change to Active.
