In Issue report User should:

  • Provides maximum information about application with issue,
  • Indicates which cluster in involved in case,
  • Describes problem details,
  • Provides scripts and inputs files to reproduce the bug,
  • Sends screen shots.

Also, provide the following (if applicable):

  • application information (name, version),
  • cluster where the problem occurs,
  • scripts and inputs files you are using so that we can reproduce the problem,
  • error message - copy it ot attach screenshots

Ways of question / issue reporting

There are two ways to report an issue or ask a question:

  • Helpdesk web For registered Users via helpdesk interface: https://helpdesk.plgrid.pl - for registered PLGrid users,
  • For unregistered Users via eE-mail : at helpdesk@plgrid.pl. Every report sent via - for potential (unregistered) users. An e-mail is automatically confirmed by PLGrid Portalsent to this address is registered as a ticket. After registering a ticket you will receive an automatic response.

To log in to Helpdesk Platform user can use Open ID or the same login and password set up at registrationthat you use for Portal PLGrid (PLGrid registration/login credentials).

Helpdesks interfaces interface allows user users to report new issue issues and view resolved their existing cases.

The main view shows list of reports. It contains linked HD- number of report/ticket which follows to ticket's details, shortcut of description, status and last update.
